Battle of the Bulge Battlefield Group Tour

The Battle of the Bulge also known as the Ardennes Offensive by the Germans was one of the last major battles that took place in the Second World War. Fought in one of the largest Battlefields (65 mile square) over Christmas 1944 this was the Germans last real throw of the dice.

Rifleman Tours has a five day tour in June that takes you across the battlefield from the start point where the German panzers crossed the Belgium border at Hollerath to Malmady where the atrocious massacre took place. This is a tour for all those interested in WW2 and those interested in tank warfare. Many tanks still inhabit the battlefield as memorials to the various actions that took place. Staying in the centrally located town of Bastogne we also look at the perimeter defences set up and manned by the 101st Airborne Division and the famous Band of Brothers.
